Referral Program T&Cs

1. How the Referral Program Works

Existing Truly Khana customers may share their unique referral link with friends and family.

When an eligible friend uses the referral link:

• The referred friend will receive 10% off their eligible Truly Khana order.

• The referrer will receive a 10% discount reward after the referred friend successfully places an eligible order.

2. Referral Links

Each participating customer is provided with a unique referral link.
 

The referral link must be used by the referred friend for the referral to be correctly tracked and for any applicable reward to be issued.

Truly Khana cannot guarantee that a referral will be retrospectively applied if the referral link was not used or the referral was not correctly tracked at the time of purchase.

3. Referral Rewards

A referrer will receive a 10% discount reward for each eligible friend who successfully places an order through their referral link.
 

A referral reward will only be issued once the referred friend's qualifying order has been successfully placed and meets the requirements of the Referral Program.
 

Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
 

4. Friend Discount
 

Eligible referred friends receive 10% off their qualifying order when accessing Truly Khana through a valid referral link.
 

The discount must be applied in accordance with the instructions provided through the referral link or at checkout.
 

5. Eligibility
 

To participate in the Referral Program:

• Referrers must use their own valid Truly Khana referral link.

• Referred customers must use a valid referral link when placing their qualifying order.

• Referrals must be genuine and made to another person.

• Customers cannot refer themselves or create additional accounts for the purpose of receiving referral rewards.

Truly Khana reserves the right to determine whether a referral is eligible.
 

6. Using Referral Discounts
 

Referral discounts:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be transferred or sold.

• Cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been placed.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with another discount, promotional code or offer unless otherwise stated by Truly Khana.

• Are subject to any expiry date or additional conditions communicated when the reward is issued.
   

7. Cancelled or Refunded Orders
 

If a referred customer's qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or otherwise deemed ineligible, Truly Khana may cancel or withdraw any referral reward associated with that order.
 

8. Misuse of the Referral Program
 

The Referral Program is intended for genuine referrals between customers, friends and family.

Truly Khana may refuse, cancel or withdraw referral discounts or rewards where we reasonably believe there has been:

• Self-referral.

• Creation of multiple or duplicate accounts.

• Fraudulent or misleading activity.

• Manipulation or misuse of the Referral Program.

• Any other activity inconsistent with the purpose of the Referral Program.
   

9. Changes to the Referral Program
 

Truly Khana may change, suspend or discontinue the Referral Program at any time.

Where practical, any significant changes affecting existing rewards will be communicated to participating customers.
 

10. General
 

Referral discounts and rewards are subject to availability and any other applicable Truly Khana website terms and policies.
 

If there is any inconsistency between promotional material relating to the Referral Program and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions will apply.
