A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances in which refunds may be provided for orders placed with Truly Khana. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

    1.1 Orders may be modified or cancelled up until Wednesday 5:00 PM prior to the scheduled delivery date.
    1.2 After this cut-off time, all orders are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
     

  2. Change of Mind

    2.1 We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the order cut-off time.
     

  3. Quality Issues

    3.1 If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    3.2 You may be required to provide details and photographic evidence of the issue.
    3.3 Where a claim is assessed as valid, we may provide a partial or full refund to the original payment method.
     

  4. Delivery Issues

    4.1 Orders delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions provided are considered fulfilled.
    4.2 If authority to leave has been provided, you accept that your order may be left unattended.
    4.3 Truly Khana is not responsible for spoilage, damage, or loss once an order has been delivered.
    4.4 We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
     

  5. Failed Deliveries

    5.1 If delivery cannot be completed due to inaccessible premises, unclear instructions, or unsafe conditions, we may leave the order in a reasonable location or cancel the delivery.
    5.2 In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
     

  6. Refund Method

    6.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
    6.2 Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
     

  7. No Credits or Exchanges

    7.1 We do not offer store credits, exchanges, or replacements except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
     

  8. Assessment and Discretion

    8.1 All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
    8.2 We reserve the right to refuse a refund where this policy has not been followed or where sufficient evidence has not been provided.
     

  9. Australian Consumer Law

    9.1 Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
    9.2 Where required by law, we will provide a remedy for products that are not of acceptable quality.
