SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS
1. Delivery Days and Times
1.1 Deliveries take place on Sundays between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
1.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on traffic, volume, and other factors.
1.3 You may receive a delivery window on the day of delivery where possible.
2. Order Cut-Off
2.1 Orders must be placed before Wednesday 11:59 PM for Sunday delivery.
2.2 Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after the cut-off time.
3. Delivery Areas
3.1 We currently deliver to the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
3.2 Eastern Suburbs include: Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Bronte, Centennial Park, Clovelly, Coogee, Darling Point, Double Bay, Dover Heights, Edgecliff, Kensington, Kingsford, Maroubra, North Bondi, Paddington, Point Piper, Queens Park, Randwick, Rose Bay, Tamarama, Vaucluse, Waverley.
3.3 If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Delivery Instructions
4.1 You may provide delivery instructions at checkout, including a safe place for the order to be left.
4.2 By providing delivery instructions, including authority to leave, you acknowledge and accept that your order may be left unattended at the delivery address.
6. Unattended Deliveries
5.1 If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe place based on your instructions.
5.2 Once delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.
5.3 Truly Khana is not responsible for any theft, damage, or spoilage after delivery.
6.Food Handling Upon Delivery
6.1 Meals are delivered fresh unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Some items, including samosas, may be delivered frozen.
6.3 You are responsible for refrigerating or freezing your order as soon as possible after delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries
7.1 If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, inaccessible premises, or unsafe conditions, we may:
(a) leave the order in a reasonable location, or
(b) cancel the delivery.
7.2 In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
